Click this link to experience A Day in the Life at Adobe:http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/careeropp/fma/dayinthelife/ Position Summary Reporting to the Director of World-wide (WW) Deals Desk, the primary role of the Operations Analyst is to provide oversight and assist in developing policy and process for the WW Deals Desk. The WW Deals Desk at Adobe is primarily responsible for assisting the Enterprise sales team in structuring of multi-element technology transactions and ensuring the transactions are compliant with Adobe policy and Customer need. As the Operations Analyst, you will be expected to design, draft, gain consensus, train and inspect WW Deals Desk policy and procedures. The Operations Analyst will provide insight to the Director and Sr. Director on the effectiveness of its controls and compliance with policy and quality of service. Further, the Operations Analyst will develop ongoing Audit activities, report findings, help diagnose solutions to issues and suggest and implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills. In addition, this position will interact with the internal stakeholders, including but not limited to Legal, Business Improvement, I.T., Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Audit and Compliance, and other corporate finance functions in San Jose. Responsibilities * Evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for areas of improvement * Assist the WW Deals Desk Director to liaison and actively participate in all quote to cash process improvement initiatives * Document global policy and procedures * Develop effective audit procedures and conduct regular audits of WW Deals Desk procedures and develop regular reports to the Director, Senior Director and Vice President * In concert with the Director and other stakeholders help develop a globally consistent training curriculum and certification process * Regularly prepare and communicate status of Deals Desk initiatives to Deal Desk staff and Adobe stakeholders * Maintain and update Deals Desk Wiki, Global Deals Desk manual or other method other similar type reference portal * Complete ad-hoc projects and analysis as required Requirements * Undergraduate Degree and Masterapos;apos;s in finance or related field preferred but 5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Masters is acceptable. * Experience within a US based software business * In depth knowledge of audit procedures, compliance, sales support and/or Quote to Cash processes within an Enterprise technology company. * Excellent written and oral communication skills, collaborative and influencing skills * Willing to travel 30% of the time Adobe has been a pioneer and innovator throughout its history and is recognized as one of the Top 100 Best Global Brands according to Interbrand.
