JOB SUMMARY:
OREM LOCATION - If you have SALES experience we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for providing and selling technical support to inbound customers throughout the United States and Canada. You will be receiving INBOUND calls and handling inquiries related to technology issues while identifying the customer's needs and goals related to computers, smart phones, printers and other personal devices. Training and working with a mentor will be provided while you remotely diagnose basic computer issues. DUTIES: - Respond to customer's inquiries concerning technical problems by receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed (you will need a SKYPE account to make outbound calls to US and Canada) - Demonstrate customer service and sales techniques by offering relevant solutions and services selling services - Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner - Maintain records of related activities and customer orders. QUALIFICATIONS: SALES EXPERIENCE - Customer service skills - Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, listening) - Computer and internet literacy - Organizational skills - Ability to prioritize and multi-task - Technology-related experience a plus. After training is completed and you meet sales goals, this position transfers to an AT HOME WORKING POSITION. OTHER REQUIREMENTS - Personal home office that must be QUIET (free from all noise, dogs, children, etc.) - Internet Service - Personal Computer with Headset Microphone - Training in Orem, UT is required until you meet sales quotas.
