This is a 100% commission structure, Monday- Friday and Saturdays are an optional schedule. Our top Salesmen make $150k+! POSITION SUMMARY We do not cold-call. In response to our extensive advertising and marketing, our potential customers call into our sales centers or are generated by our lead providers. The Inside Sales Agents are responsible for selling the value of our services to our customers and showing them how we can protect them and their families. The ideal candidates will be aggressive, focused and enthusiastic with a track record of integrity and success in sales. He or she will excel in a short sales process and thrive in a high-energy environment. This role will require a highly motivated sales person with strong closing skills and the ability to overcome objections in an over the phone sales situation. Proficiency in sales calls to existing leads to increase business. Must be able to pass a State back ground check for a Burglar Alarm License. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1+ years of sales experience (some business to consumer preferred) Experienced negotiator and strong closer Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets Extensive and successful commitment to exceeding customer expectations High volume sales experience Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills Must be a self-starter
