JOB SUMMARY:
Visualize, fulfill, and implement the Clyde Companies Inc. (CCI) vision and core values.. Use advanced troubleshooting skills to provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and applications problems. Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems. Set up employee workstations including computers, phones, and other accessories. Installs, tests, and repairs software and hardware. Assists other members of department in carrying out various IT programs and tasks Maintains in-depth knowledge of supported products and services. QUALIFICATIONS Undergraduate degree in IT related field. Experience preferred. Must work well independently with little supervision. Excellent trouble shooting and prioritization skills for timely resolution of client issues. Strong working knowledge with variety of Windows operating systems, LAN and WAN networking concepts and Microsoft applications. Occasional work outside regular business hours and/or overnight travel. Excellent phone, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
