We are one of the fastest growing companies in Utah (according to MountainWest Capital) We are the recipients of the 2005 Utah Work/Life award for the best places to work in Utah Duties and responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls Help customers find products/solutions Respond to technical support emails Test and process product returns Assist customers via live chat Write informal articles, instructions, How-to guides etc. Other tasks as assigned by the tech support manager Basic skills: Organized and efficient. Be able to work under pressure and with deadlines. English language proficiency. Need to be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, using good grammar and correct spelling. People skills. Need to get along well with people, meet new people easily, and be warm and professional when dealing with customers or other employees. Basic knowledge of MS office software. Technical skills: Knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of computer connectivity including USB, FireWire, VGA, DVI, networking etc. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Macintosh operating systems, including hardware systems, driver installation and troubleshooting. Familiarity with home theater connectivity?Composite, S-Video, HDMI, Toslink etc. Personal Characteristics: Integrity Team player Positive attitude Results-oriented and motivated to excel Creative Reliable and punctual
