JOB SUMMARY:
Our Orem, Utah office is looking for a Project Manager, Project Manager is needed for support of growing volume of Fuels-related business in both Government and Commercial markets. This position is responsible for project management activities of assigned projects, including, but not limited to, developing estimates and proposals, monitoring project activities, budgets, schedules, safety and quality, generating project submittals, invoicing, and adherence to established procedures. Responsibilities include: -Project Management activities of assigned projects. -Position includes being responsible for the management of all assigned site and project activities, including business development, project management, estimates and proposals, monitoring project activities, budgets, schedules, safety and quality. -Generating project submittals, invoicing, adherence to established procedures. Ideal candidate will have: -Detailed oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office skills. -Exceptional skills in Microsoft Project and Excel. Excellent financial management skills. -Experience and knowledge and understanding and ability to manage schedules; understanding of contracts/subcontracts; and understanding of earned value management (to the extent required by clients). Ideal candidate will have hands on field construction experience, preferably in bulk fueling system construction and/or repairs with a history of project management responsibilities. Minimum Work Experience and Education Requirements: -Six (6) years minimum experience in the Construction Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical) or technical related field or a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. -Two (2) years of progressively responsible related experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Field construction experience, preferably in bulk fueling system construction and/or repairs highly desired. Contracts/subcontracts, earned value management including understanding and ability to manage schedules. Minimum Physical Requirements: -Physical ability to oversee project activities as related to the position, including travel to project sites. -Must be able to walk and negotiate areas in and around fueling equipment at military commercial installations. -Candidates must successfully pass standard CAPE pre-employment physical examination, drug and background screens and have the ability to use safety and respiratory protection equipment as required.
