Sales Consultant January 01, 2012 - December 31, 2012 Location: Orem, UT Salary Range: $7.25 per hour plus commission and bonuses Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex, 401K Employment Type: Full Time Department: University Parkway, Orem, Utah Description: sales consultant simply mac is a premier apple retailer and service provider that has been recognized by utah business magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in utah. simply mac is a division of spring retail group, which currently operates 70+ consumer technology retail stores in utah, idaho and colorado. simply mac excels at providing a world-class experience in our retail stores. our customers have many customized needs, expectations, and services compared to the typical retail customer. our customers ask, ?why simply mac? the simply answers program is often the first impression that customers have of simply mac. simply mac cares about our customers and the simply answers program creates raving fans, and you know what these fans talk to their friends. often times the simply answers training is a perfect opportunity to recommend and help customers find the products and solutions that will make their converting experience unique; therefore, this position must also understand and be capable of performing the sales process. position summary: a sales consultant is required to diligently execute the sales program and is a member of the stores leadership team. the position emphasizes skills in the areas of teamwork, customer service and sales in a retail environment. the sales consultant s primary role will be to provide customer service and execute the sales presentations to prospective customers. the sales consultant position is often the first impression that customers have of simply mac; as a result, it is paramount that sales consultant s uphold at all times and to the highest standards, the company s mission statement and core values. the sales consultant position is a critical role in the company, and requires a well-rounded and determined individual that will take part in the growth of the company. Duties: team building: ?effectively fulfill simply mac s shared vision and objectives. ?ensure all customers are assisted in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. operations: ?ensure that the day to day operations including upholding store appearance, merchandise and reputability standards are met. ?assure uniformity and enforcement of the policies and procedures sales goals: ?be an example by properly greeting and conducting sales presentations to all customers following the established guidelines, overcoming objections and attaching features and accessories. ?maintain above standard for personal sales.
