Sales Customer Service Representatives are needed for a Utah County employer, free satellite TV after 30 days of employment. Over 60 full time and part time positions immediately available. Primary duties may include (but are not limited to) Premium Channel sales - fact finding/assessing customer needs/concerns, recommending appropriate solutions based on discovered needs, preparing products/services for shipment, and resolving general customer issues while seeking sale opportunities in an inbound call center environment. Responsibilities: * Greet customers in a professional manner using agreed upon procedures. * Listen to customer needs and concerns, sales. * Clarify and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. * Meet requirements through first contact resolution. * Prepare and complete work and update customer file. * Communicate with individuals/teams in the program to ensure quality and timely expedition of customer requests. * Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction. * Offer solutions to issues that are often non-standard/non-routine and require some clarification. * Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services. Education: * High school diploma or equivalent experience. Skills and Abilities: * Knowledge of intermediate computer operations. * Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed. * Customer service orientation - attention to detail. * Listening, problem solving and responding skills. Days and hours will be arranged by the employer. Hourly wage $9.00 plus incentives and free DirecTV after 30 days. PWD
