About the Job ServiceMaster by Restoration Xperts is seeking a full-time Sales Support Specialist in Orem, UT that will proactively support our outside sales staff in meeting their sales goals and providing excellent customer service. If you have a track record of: ? Consistently producing results ? Working in-bound prospect calls generated by outside sales to closure based on strong selling skills and disciplined follow up ? Strong customer service skills ? Strong organizational skills ? Working as a team to achieve goals as directed by management The Ideal candidate will: ? Have experience in the insurance claim process ? Have experience in the disaster restoration industry ? Have an fundamental understanding of inside sales ? Show empathy for customers who have suffered property loss ? Show an ability to communicate, build relationships, prioritize, negotiate and have superior organizational and time management skills ?
