A Maverik Store Director is expected to lead their store, in addition to managing daily operations. At a Maverik store, this is the person that guarantees and makes it all happen: The promises of great customer shopping adventures, Executes plans to achieve and exceed store's financial goals; Directs in accordance with Maverik's promotions, policies and procedures; Provides guidance, encouragement and mentoring to store personnel; Ensures constant adherence to Maverik's 5 Core Values: Leaders Who Serve, Big Time Thinkers, Adventure Guide, Value Driver and Customer's Vocal Advocate. Big job! No kidding! Our Store Director Trainee program is intense and focused approximately 90 day training program in Maverik store management. Trainees are allowed to run a Maverik store while partnered under with a seasoned and veteran director to master the art of Store Director. Upon completion of the program, a Maverik Store Director trainee is eligible to post for all store directorships opportunities as they become available.
