JOB SUMMARY:

JOB SUMMARY: Looking for dedicated individuals who are seeking stability and in return we can offer base pay with incentives, and a long-term position with a growing company. You will offer superior online technical support to customers throughout the United States and Canada. (Must have a SKYPE account - to receive and make calls to US Canada). You will receive inbound calls and handle inquiries related to technology issues related to computers, smart phones, printers and other personal devices. Need to know sales techniques to sell services offered by this company (while you diagnose technical problems). You will be trained on how to remotely diagnose basic computer issues, provide solutions to address immediate and long term needs while providing superior customer service. DUTIES: - Respond to customer's inquiries concerning technical problems by receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls as needed - Demonstrate superior customer service and sales techniques by offering relevant solutions and services selling services - Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner - Maintain records of related activities and customer orders -QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have SALES EXPERIENCE - Outstanding customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful) - Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, listening) - Must be computer and internet literate - Must have excellent keyboarding skills (35 WPM minimum) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks - Ability to sit for long periods of time - Technology-related experience a plus OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Personal home office and or quiet work space (free from all noise, dogs, children, etc.) - Reliable Internet Service - Personal Computer with Headset Microphone - Skype account with outbound US and Canada calling feature - Training in Orem is required (until quotas are met) If you meet the job requirements please apply online or call 801-224-1977 today!
