Banquet Cook (On-Call) Job Title: Banquet Cook (On-Call) Job Type: On-Call Location: Park City, UT Job Description: Montage Deer Valley, in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North Americaapos;apos;s finest mountain resort destinations. The start date is currently scheduled for November 2012 SUMMARY This position is responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the departmentamp;rsquo;s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valleyamp;rsquo;s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. Duties include; performs designated opening and closing duties of the banquet kitchen, keeps dry storage and walk-ins clean and organized, receives and properly stores all products, maintains a clean work area in banquet kitchen and all other operating areas of banquets. Preps, prepares, and executes all menu items to specification and follows direction of banquet sous chef daily. Follows all sanitation principles and procedures. Follows all hotel policies and procedures. All positions may perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs that may be outside the scope of normal duties. High school or equivalent education required including a minimum of three to five years of culinary experience in hotel or resort environment with a strong emphasis in customer service.
