Job Description As a cook you will become a valuable part of the Culinary team to insure that all food products are prepared maintaining our quality standards consistently at all times. You will be responsible for assisting the Chef or Sous Chef to insure that all required preparation for the next day is completed. This position requires knowledge of all basic cooking methods including preparation of stocks, sauces, consomme, cold sauces and as well as all preparation of meats, vegetables and fruits. Requirements: Education High school or equivalent education required. Experience Certified Cook level or higher. Licenses or Certificates Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits. Grooming All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per standards.
