JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Service Specialist - Cashier for a Park City (84098) Electronics retailer. As a Customer Service Specialist / Cashier you will provide friendly, fast and accurate processing of customer related transactions including, but not limited to; sales transactions, financing, returns, exchanges, and service requests. You will ensure customer concerns and needs are met, and although sales will not be your primary function, you will assist in achievement of store and department sales and customer care goals. To ensure your success, you will be supported with an intensive orientation and ongoing training program to help you achieve great results. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills, detail orientation and build on your natural talents and strengths in a high-energy, value-based environment. Key Responsibilities: - Completes the friendly and accurate processing of all transactions - Perform skill in selling - Stays up-to-date on knowledge of company products - Prepares register area for customer transactions both at beginning and end of shift Basic Qualifications: - This isn't a desk job! Lifting up to 50 lbs., standing and moving up to 100% of the time. - At least 16 years of age Part time. Days and hours arranged with employer. Store hours 8am to 10pm. Salary is negotiable.
