Job Description The Deer Crest Club Lounge Attendant is a fun, yet challenging role within the hotel as the onsite main point of contact for Deer Crest Club Members as well as the ambassador for the Deer Crest Club to all hotel staff, hotel guests and Club prospects. This role requires a unique skill-set as your daily job functions will range from mingling with Members, serving food beverages (juice, soda, wine), to daily setting-up tearing-down of breakfast lunch stations, clearing tables, cleaning stocking Club Lounge, transporting Members? skis to from snow, acting as a private concierge for Member requests such as local recommendations (restaurants, shopping, etc), directions, reservations, transportation, etc. Member requests should be completed in an expeditious and courteous manner. Ideal candidates should be a motivated self-starter, have an eye for detail, a passion for multi-tasking with a dedicated focus on customer service. The number one priority is to service the Members. EDUCATION High school or equivalent education required. EXPERIENCE Minimum of two years experience in public contact or customer service position required. Preferred restaurant/hospitality experience. LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES Not Applicable. GROOMING All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per standards.
