JOB SUMMARY:

Full- or part-time DISHWASHERS needed for our busy PARK CITY restaurant. Responsibilities include combination of duties to maintain, clean and stock/restock the kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment, dishware, glassware, pots/pans, and utensils in clean and organized condition ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen. Sweeps and mops floors; may hose off patios and sidewalks (where applicable). Carries out, sorts, removes trash. Other duties as may be assigned. Requires current food handler's permit. We participate in E-Verify. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Must be able to work days, evenings, or a combination of shifts on weekends and/or public holidays. Communicates effectively. Works quickly, safely and under pressure. Works well as a part of a team or independently. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Stands and/or traverses kitchen and restaurant areas for long periods. Frequently moves, transports, or lifts and up to 50 pounds. Uses repetitive motions.
