JOB SUMMARY:

Perform various custodial and/or housekeeping tasks around the resort. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external). Follow The Resort?s etiquette guidelines. Perform regular custodial/housekeeping duties. Empty trash receptacles and pick up litter in and around facilities. Cleaning various facilities around the resort, this includes clean and stock bathrooms, floors, vacuum, sweep, dust, and mop. Follow established health and safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals, etc. Perform other tasks as assigned. Align furniture, pictures and furnishings. Wash windows, wall, tables, and the like. Perform some routine inspection and maintenance of electrical, heating and ventilating equipment WORKING RELATIONSHIP Reports to Director of Housekeeping Supervised by Custodial Supervisor Receives moderate direction from various managers throughout the resort. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to bend, lift and carry heavy objects. Ability to work inclement weather at times. QUALIFICATIONS High School education or equivalent desirable. Previous housekeeping/custodial experience preferred. Good knowledge and skills in housekeeping and custodial work, including applicable safety procedures. Ability to perform all job duties. Must be able to ski or snowboard on level blue runs.
