JOB SUMMARY:
To assist with the daily operations of the Human Resources department and to coordinate the front desk operations and programs designed to immediately impact our Guides. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES ? Provide friendly service to internal and external Guests by ensuring that extraordinary experiences are delivered while in full compliance with all Human Resources policies and procedures. ? Answer main phone line and respond to inquiries. Forward calls or take messages as appropriate. ? Maintain Front Desk, general HR office and lobby areas in proper appearance. Keep supply cabinet and closet in a clean and organized manner. ? Assist with walk-in applicants, employee housing, general questions, etc. ? Responsible for ordering, receiving and storing our office supplies and other purchases. ? Assist in recruiting efforts including pre-screening of applicants. ? Support the coordination of the Staff Uniform Program including the distribution, returns and laundry services. ? Create ski passes for Guides Volunteers, ensuring that ski pass waivers are filled out correctly. ? Distribute mail and keep mailboxes updated each day. ? Administer hire paperwork for all Guides, volunteers, and other special staff, validating accuracy of all documents to the best of ability/judgment. ? Develop and maintain various logs and other manual record-keeping systems related to assigned functions. ? Assist Human Resources Personnel with other tasks and projects as assigned. WORKING RELATIONSHIP Direction is received from the Total Rewards Manager with minimal supervision from the Recruiting Manager. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS ? Sitting and/or standing for extended periods of time ? Constant use of keyboard QUALIFICATIONS Basic literacy in business or other appropriate discipline, plus two to three years of relevant administrative experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are preferred. ? Good presentation and speaking skills. Read, write and Speak in Spanish is REQUIRED. ? Basic understanding of computerized information systems, such as Microsoft Office and Internet. ? Professional, friendly demeanor and great patience are required at all times. ? Ability to maintain confidentiality
