JOB SUMMARY:
Description:This is an Interstate Hotels and Resorts Position.Interstate is an EEO/AA/M/F/D/V employer.5-6 nights a week - Anywhere from 4:15pm - 11pm. Some earlier shifts when necessary on occasions, some later shifts when necessary i.e. Sundance, special events.Assist Restaurant Manager in all phases of restaurant operations. Responsible for complete restaurant operation in absence of manager.Supervision of Staff - Supervision of line associates for all three outlets; restaurant , bar and room service.Attends and participates in all staff meetings and supervisors meetings.Must have previous serving experience, and be able to multi-task. Candidate needs to be flexible with work schedule and hours. Professional and confident , and with the ability to deal with guest from a service standpoint problem resolution. Multi - tasking abilities are a must as the position handles the supervisor position in conjunction with a hourly service position. Able to to handle pressure well, and deal with the associates and guest issues in the appropriate manner. Ability to adhere to stringent standards and take part in overall department improvement. Friendly, outgoing extrovert personality. The Park City Marriott boasts 191 guest rooms, which includes concierge level, concierge lounge, and 2 additional coin laundry rooms.
