Overnight PBX Operator / Reservations Agent (Seasonal) Job Title: Overnight PBX Operator / Reservations Agent (Seasonal) Job Type: Seasonal Location: Park City, UT Job Description: Montage Deer Valley, located in the year-round community of Park City, Utah, is considered one of North Americaapos;apos;s finest mountain resort destinations. Overnight PBX Operator / Reservations Agentamp;rsquo;s start date is currently scheduled for December 2012 SUMMARY A minimum of one year customer service experience is required. High school or equivalent education required. PBX / Reservations Agents are responsible for performing daily tasks that align with the departmentamp;rsquo;s long term goals and objectives,uphold Montage Deer Valleyamp;rsquo;s Vision, Mission and Values; support management and leadership, provides excellent customer service and telephone etiquette, and actively aspires to reach defined goals and objectives. Primary purposes include, but are not limited to: taking guest reservations according to an established script in a professional and courteous manner via telephone and correctly entering them into the property management system; coordinating and responding to mailed correspondence; inputting and organizing reservation information via rooming lists, internet, Travel Agency requests, sales department and reception with appropriate follow up; accommodating in-house guest requests; and frequently using email and fax systems.
