JOB SUMMARY:

As a Steward you will be responsible for cleaning, transporting and storing all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operations and maintain the posts and pans room in a clean and orderly manner. You will also need to ensure that the restaurants and banquet kitchens have the requisite amounts of the china, glassware, silverware and flatware to properly open their shifts. Education High school or equivalent education preferred. Experience No prior experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred. Licenses or Certificates Ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates or permits. Grooming All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
