JOB SUMMARY:

Performs custodial tasks; performs a variety of duties related to the general cleaning and limited upkeep of buildings, and furnishings, also assist in grounds care, building maintenance, cleaning, moving of equipment and other duties as needed. May help with building security by locking/unlocking doors when requested. Removes garbage, fills soap, paper towel, toilet paper and other dispensers. May remove graffiti and repair other acts of vandalism. Qualification: The school requests that this individual be able to work with harsh chemicals, have the ability to do extensive walking, bending, standing, etc., ability to climb ladders, ability to use light equipment, lift up to 80 pounds, have the ability to get along well with others, and be able to work under stressful situations, ability to maintain and repair school equipment, must pass a background check.
