Big 5 Sporting Goods is now hiring a set-up crew new store in Price. Set up will involve a fixed schedule. Employees could be schedules Monday - Friday from approximately 8 am - 5 pm for the two weeks of set-up. Work will involve unloading trucks, lifting heavy boxes, building racks and shelving units, pricing merchandise, setting up departments. After store opening work will involve customer service, sales, cashiering, and maintaining the appearance of the store. After store set up work schedule will vary. Most positions will become part time working 10-25 hours per week. Retail hours involve mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays. Not all employees hired will be kept as team members once the store opens. Applicants must be able to pass a background check. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, hard working, detail oriented, and a team player! Products include athletic shoes, apparel, accessories, as well as a broad selection of outdoor athletic equipment for team sports, fitness, camping, hunting, fishing, tennis, golf, snow boarding, in-line skating.
