JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Support Representative provides telephone and occasional on-site support to our customers to ensure optimal functioning of software and supporting hardware. Employee will take ownership of, document, and achieve timely resolution to new or outstanding customer issues and must maintain a tone of professional care for our customers and their effective usage of our product.
