Seeking individual to supervise daily activities at our residential substance abuse treatment facility for women and children in Provo (evening, weekend and graveyard shifts). Ensures client safety and monitors facility including problem solving, completing reports, maintaining order and generally offering support to residents. We are especially seeking mature, reliable staff with good communication skills who value making a difference in the lives of families in our community. We are willing to train mature and motivated applicants with little or no experience. This is a great opportunity for those seeking further experience in the social services field. Must understand professional ethics and boundaries. 12-32 hours per week available depending on shift: times depend on shift and day of the week. Shifts include swing and graveyard. Staff must work at least two days per week and be available to work on Sundays and holidays. Must be able to attend mandatory staff meetings/trainings every other Tuesday from 3 pm to 5 pm. Candidates must have basic computer skills, be able to climb stairs, lift 40-50 pounds, have CPR/First Aid training, current TB test and reliable transportation with a good driving record.
