JOB SUMMARY:
Inside Sales Professional Tracking Code # 20120798 ?Generate new security/home automation systems sales by educating customers about as well as features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction ?Determine customer requirements and needs in order to recommend specific products and solutions ?Present price, credit and terms in accordance with standard procedures ?Accurately process customer transactions such as orders and quotes ?Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the sales and management team ?Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, customer management software and other common office equipment and software ?Follow company call center policies and procedures ?Participate fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and professional development classes ?Attend team meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and goals ?Communicate and sell our security/home automation systems wither inbound or outbound from our HQ call center. ?Perform sales and other duties as assigned Required Experience Required Experience ?Highly energetic and internally motivated ?Communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone to a high volume of people throughout the workday ?Able to repetitively overcome objections from sales leads ?Prominent organization and presentation skills ?Excellent time management skills ?Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills ?Must be honest, empathetic, assertive and systematic Hours and Training We have two shifts available, 7:00am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-9:00pm, Monday-Sunday with at least one Sunday every 4 weeks. You will get 1-2 days off during the week. Two weeks of paid training are included. Compensation and Benefits Inside Sales Representatives receive a $8.00 per hour base salary plus commission in addition to qualifying for health insurance benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Required Experience ?High school education or equivalent ?Prior sales experience is preferred ?Inside Sales Rep is an entry level position; however, you have the potential of earning quite a bit working either part-time or full-time.
