JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently hiring for general wood and metal shop laborer. We are looking for someone who can perform a multitude of tasks. Duties include building door pieces for our custom kit doors for residential and commercial buildings, help with shop maintenance whenever needed, assistance with production and shop clean up. Metal working a bonus. Welding experience preferred. The ideal candidate will be familiar with basic woodworking tools, is hardworking, dependable, teachable and willing to work with others. In addition, we are looking for someone who would like to grow as the company grows and will show the commitment required for a long-term relationship. There may be some over-time required from time to time. We include paid days off, bonuses, pay increases and excellent health insurance. Please email your resume to: jeff@rusticahardware.com.
