Education/Experience Bachelors Degree in related field 1-3 years of experience Qualifications Must be able to handle many projects at once and effectively deal with people to achieve optimal outcomes. Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent phone etiquette required. Knowledge of SPSS and QuestionPro is a plus. Duties/Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of the RD Specialist will include, but are not limited to: ? Managing Research Projects ? Designing and Implementing Assessments ? Analyzing Assessment Data ? Generating Assessment Reports ? SME Calls with Clients Concerning Measurement ? Creating Targeted (Customized) Training Materials ? Conducting Research Interviews ? Creating Case Studies
