JOB SUMMARY:
Job Description -Recruit, hire, coach, develop and maintain a high quality team of sales professionals passionate about representing the ParentLink brand and vision -Develop incentive plans for sales professionals to keep them motivated and that meet company objectives -Conduct weekly performance reviews with each sales professional -Consistently provide daily support and direction for all sales professionals ? spend approximately 20% of time focused on developing each sales member to a higher effectiveness in their sales roles -Monthly forecasting that is within a 10% accuracy level consistently -Identify opportunities for Inside sales growth and developing a plan to execute that objective. -Demonstrate proficiency in comprehending and presenting technology products to the sales team and prospects in a manner in which each will increase their own ability to effectively present these key items to customers/prospects -Provide market level intelligence and competitive update to senior management on regular basis -On occasion, attend key industry trade shows when requested to represent ParentLink at these events Desired Skills and Experience -Successful track record of managing and building a high performance sales team -Must have a minimum of 3 years prior sales management experience -Must have proven experience with specific accomplishments in growing sales -Experience selling and managing in a direct business-to-business environment -Prior experience in the K-12 education industry is a plus -Strong analytical skills and business acumen -Strong communication skills ? verbal, non-verbal and written including strong presentation skills. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build relationships -Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and be a strong team player -Strong problem solving skills -Exceptional leadership ability including motivational skills strong ability to build a team spirit in line with corporate objectives -Computer proficiency a must ? all MS Office programs and other analytical tools -Work directly out of corporate office during normal business hours in Provo You may also view this job description through LinkedIn http://www.linkedin.com/jobs?viewJob=jobId=3839419trk=jobs_share_fb
