JOB SUMMARY:
Scheduling Rep Tracking Code # 20120817 Duties and Responsibilities ?Handle inbound/outbound calls to schedule service calls and/or installs. ?Handle inbound emails from Sales Professionals, Technicians, Managers, and other departments to schedule new customer installs or service. ?Track Field Service Technicians? daily activities for the assigned region. ?Must have excellent customer service skills with a high level of patience in dealing with customers and technicians.
