Shift Leaders needed for Salt Lake and Utah County quick service restaurants. Under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager our shift leaders supervise employees while they prepare and serve food as well as provide outstanding customer service to our guests. Experience in the food service industry is preferred, however we are looking for leaders, and leaders come from lots of different backgrounds! Transportation and a flexible schedule are a must. Starting wage is $8.50 to $9.00 dollars per hour depending on your level of experience. Our shift leaders are responsible for setting goals with the their team, cash control, guest satisfaction, counting inventory, opening and closing the restaurant and overall operating an amazing shift! We have computer based training that makes learning our systems and processes enjoyable and easy. Our shift leaders typically work any day of the week, we are flexible in our scheduling and honor all reasonable day off requests. We have positions available in Payson, Spanish Fork, Springville, Provo, American Fork, Riverton and Draper.
