JOB SUMMARY:
Solar Account Advisor Tracking Code # 20120535 Essential Functions/Responsibilities: ?Increase overall customer retention and help create customer loyalty. ?Profitably save and retain customers requesting to cancel. ?Help answer customer questions and explain policies and procedures. ?Effectively identify and qualify specific customer?s needs. ?Handle customer needs while simultaneously progressing the account in a timely manner. ?Any additional tasks required. Required Skills ?Any negotiation and/or sales skills are very beneficial. ?Ability to communicate professionally and accurately and demonstrate strong oral communication skills. ?Ability to speak in a pleasant, well controlled voice and maintain control of a conversation. ?Ability to work as part of a team and work towards individual and team goals. ?Ability to make responsible judgment decisions where policies are not defined. ?Ability to use a PC and demonstrate knowledge of basic PC applications. Required Experience ?High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and less than 1 year related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
