Local cpa looking for self motivated full time or seasonal staff accountant with cpa firm experience in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Job duties include: Preparing bank reconciliations, general ledgers and financial statements for clients by gathering, verfiying and analyzing information. Developing and implementing accounting and document management procedures by analyzing current procedures; recommending changes. Answering accounting and tax questions by researching and interpreting tax and financial reporting rules and regulations. Skills/Qualifications: CPA or Enrolled Agent a plus but not required. Ethics, Accounting, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, SFAS Rules, Reporting Skills, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, PC Proficiency, Productivity, Verbal Communication, General Math Skills. Creative Solutions Accounting and Lacerte experience a plus but not required.
