GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for performing day to day duties including: oil changes, tire rotations, cabin filter replacements, and multipoint inspections. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, cabin filter replacements, and thorough multipoint inspections. Maintain a structured lube process as per Honda guidelines. Maintain a very clean and organized work area. Oversee and manage lube inventories. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or the equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information whether electronic or paper-based. 1-3 years experience working as a Quick Lube Technician. Excellent manual dexterity skills as well as patience, creativity, and an eye for detail. Good judgment. Valid drivers license and a good driving record. WORKING CONDITIONS: Quick Lube Technicians generally work a 40-hour, five-day week with occasional overtime required. They work indoors in a noisy, sometimes dusty, environment. Although most shops are well ventilated, the work involves exposure to dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials. May be required to lift parts and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds several times during each shift, and use hoist/and test equipment as needed. They will also stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle and feel. They may use hand and power tools. The Technician will be required to wear a dealership uniform at all times.
