Allstate insurance agency is looking for a full-time licensed individual for customer service and sales. Prior or current Allstate experience is a definite plus, but prior insurance experience is required. Candidates must be self motivated and efficient with quoting auto and property lines. Candidate must have an excellent phone voice, excellent communication and written skills, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times. Duties will include: Prospecting and new business through leads, referrals and self generation Cross-selling existing customers with other products Generating quotes Conducting policy reviews updating policies Processing payments reporting claims Relationship building Cross-selling existing customers with other insurance products Providing excellent customer service Requirements Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills Computer literate Prior Allstate Insurance / State Farm experience preferred Confident, self-starter who works well independently Must have ability to multi-task Compensation is commensurate with prior experience.
