JOB SUMMARY:
HIS 360 Encompass Project Manager #1207491 needed for a Murray area employer. Responsible for the coordination and monitoring process from 360 Encompass software "go-live" through transition to Client Support Services (CSS). The TPM must be able to properly prepare the client for hand off to the CSS team including providing written documentation to assist the client with navigation of our CSS tools and contacts. The TPM is also responsible for properly alerting and preparing the CSS team with the client project information and background in order to ensure optimal support. This includes: * Ensuring that all issues from the installation period have been resolved or properly transitioned to support by the Installation and Training group. * Participating with client and Installation and Training group in pre-"go-live" call. * Making arrangements with client team to have weekly calls for about 45 days post-"go-live" and serving as primary contact for escalated issues (not standard support issues) during that period. * Providing feedback to support team and Installation and Training group about patterns and opportunities for improving the training, installation and post-"go-live" support of customers. * During the transition process, the TPM will guide the prioritization of issues to ensure appropriate delegation and follow through of reported issues, including reaching outside of the CSS team for escalation assistance as needed. * The TPM must put an emphasis on verification of system understanding (training), system configuration and functionality and in minimizing the number of issues that are discovered once clients are fully functioning on newly installed or updated products. In addition, the TPM must have the ability to identify "at risk" clients or projects in order to minimize potential issues. * The Transition Manager is expected to take ownership of client escalations referred from CSS, Sales or other 3M divisions for those clients assigned to the TPM. The TPM will be responsible for managing client relationships effectively to diffuse and resolve issues impacting the client's overall satisfaction with company. REQUIRED SKILLS: Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree * 1+ years project management experience * 3+ years customer service experience * 3+ years healthcare industry experience Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of internal company HIS organization and structure * Familiar with company software, programs and technologies * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Proven Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
