JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of Americom, for actively prospecting for new accounts, and for maximizing sales potential with existing customers. As an Account Manager, you are the primary external representative of our Company, and you must convey a sense of professionalism and expertise in the products and services we market. You are a member of a dynamic, collaborative team of sales professionals, and are responsible for meeting agreed upon monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and Gross Profit objectives. You will contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal and professional growth. Qualifications ? Technical understanding of common telecommunications terms and standards. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to read and interpret various construction drawings ? Ability to read and interpret technical specifications ? Prior verifiable sales experience ? Valid State motor vehicle operator?s license. ? BICSI and or various manufacturer certifications desired. ? RCDD highly desired.
