JOB SUMMARY:
Reviews payroll for 250 employees - does reports, balancing, verifys accuracy of wages and that everything ties together with the general ledger Takes the information from one system and enters it into another Accounts Payable Fixed Assets takes up a majority of the time - documents all purchases for the month, enters into the sytem, tag the item, review invoices to make sure the correct account will be charged, will approve all requisitions for purchases, make journal entries MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance One to five years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have a working knowledge of computers and be proficient with PC operations, especially spreadsheets.
