JOB SUMMARY:
Administrative Assistant needed for a Salt Lake City construction company. Duties will include typing contracts, maintaining subcontractor insurance certificates and other filing systems, product research, purchase orders, light construction accounting, assisting project manager with miscellaneous tasks, and other duties as assigned. This position requires knowledge of EXCEL, Word, Outlook, and computers in general. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and light accounting skills are also a requirement. The ideal candidate must be bright, resourceful, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities. Bachelor's degree preferred and previous construction experience is a must. Wage dependent on experience. Benefits will begin the first of the month following a 90-day introductory period. Employer conducts credit and criminal background check.
