JOB SUMMARY:
Assignment Coordinator #143052 needed for a Salt Lake area employer. Under the direction of team management, the Assignment Coordinator will coordinate all non-sales assignment details including but not limited to customer service, travel, housing, and all assignment logistics. In addition they will be responsible to assist with training and mentoring new employees as well has supporting management decisions and changes. Adheres to company mission and values. Job Duties Essential - * Customer service representative to providers and clients * Arranges all assignment details * Obtains first day instructions / orientation information for each assignment * Arrange travel and housing * Send assignment correspondence such as acceptance and confirmation letters * Assists CR/PR in responding to new inquiries and/or questions from potential clients/doctors. * Provider and team contact for travel and housing issues * Assist in training and mentoring new employees * Support management decisions and changes * Check in and QA Eval calls * Manage QA Evaluation TaskList Requirements Skills: Essential - * Accurately type at least 60 wpm. * Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, web-based applications, internet, and database programs * Excellent attention to detail * Great communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to meet multiple hard deadlines * Demonstrates leadership in current role Experience Education: Essential - * High school diploma or equivalent. * Two years as an Administrative Assistant * Work experience in the healthcare or staffing industries * Working knowledge of medical terminology Abilities: Essential - * Work on multiple tasks simultaneously. * Prioritize and organize tasks effectively and independently. * Process a large amount of documentation in a timely and Professional manner. Wage and schedule will be arranged with employer.
