JOB SUMMARY:
Position Description: -Assist in making the client experience the best it can be. -Obtain and evaluate the relevant data to help handle client inquiries. -Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements. -Aid in managing client inventory and projections through follow-up and quality checks. -Maintain database containing customer contacts and information. -Support Customer Service Team with administrative functions such as preparing reports, reconciling data, copies, filing, running errands, etc. Position Requirements: -Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. -Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team. -Minimum 2 years clerical or administrative experience. -Typing skills with at least 50 WPM. -Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system. -Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others. -High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information. Preferred Qualifications: -Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. -Phone Experience. -Database management experience. -1 year customer service experience. -Associates Degree or higher with a business related focus.
