JOB SUMMARY:
? Assist the project manager in the preparation of statements of work and project estimates (both cost estimates and timeline estimates). ? Elicit customer requirements on gap analysis of the current state and future state of the product. ? Help customers understand how to use enterprise software to satisfy their business requirements in specific areas of expertise, such as case management or utilization management. ? Help customers understand and adopt process changes based on industry best practices and software requirements in their specific areas of expertise. ? Create business requirements documents and traceability matrices (functional and non-functional requirements) based on customer business requirements. ? Create process flows, use cases, UI specifications, and design documents. ? Review test plans created by QA resources to ensure the requirements are being tested accurately. Comply with company standards, templates, tools, processes and practices. ? Ability to consistently produce high quality deliverables within project timeframes. ? Clear and succinct written and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and translate them to easy-to-understand business requirements documents. ? Ability to facilitate productive and effective meetings with customers for specific functional areas. Requirements: ? Minimum 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Care Management industry. ? Minimum 5 years of experience as a BA for enterprise software implementations. ? Experience using the Agile methodology. ? Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals with varying degrees of expertise and seniority. ? General knowledge and understanding of information technology and software development lifecycles. ? Provide insight to product management about product gaps based on perception of customer needs. ? Occasional travel to customer locations throughout the US. Personality Requirements: ? Strong analytical skills ability to translate data to strategy ? Ability to think creatively and strategically ? Excellent organization and time management skills ? Visual design skills are a strong plus ? Conceptual thinking, presentation skills at a high level. ? A drive for wanting to build products from the user's point of view ? Ability to work on multiple projects with minimal assistance from fellow team members ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Ability to work and communicate pro-actively with business owners, and clients Cultural Requirements: ? Passionate.
