This role will consist of a variety of tasks from simple data validation, to auditing, researching processes, and documentation creation. Ability to perform routine maintenance and potentially tedious tasks associated with audit findings, provisioning and exiting users with accuracy and high-quality. Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations accordingly Collaborate on test plans and perform user acceptance testing against requirements. Support communication efforts related to system configuration changes while working with team to identify and resolve associated issues. Ability to communication professionally with internal customers. A sense of humor, personal integrity, and an appreciation for team-work.
