The candidate should feel comfortable with communicating in an environment with a high volume of contacts and transactions; utilizing computer, telephone, email, fax, and other methods as necessary. Previous work related experience within the transportation industry is preferred but not required. The individual should be goal oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and always conduct themselves in a professional manner. The ability to learn quickly with an attention to detail and accuracy are qualities we would look for in a candidate. The work environment is fast paced and candidates must be flexible and willing to adapt quickly to changes. Duties: Obtaining required documentation from Vendors, validating information, and entering data into operating system.
