* Seeking qualified candidates to work in a pharmacy-based contact center environment * Candidates will be responsible for providing support to providers and pharmacy members in a phone-based environment * Issues will range in complexity and include benefit coverage, insurance claims, and pharmacy * The ideal candidate will be customer service-focused, punctual, and a team player with pharmacy benefits management customer service experience Job Requirements * Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician License, CPhT is required * State Pharmacy Technician License is preferred * Three years call center experience preferred, one year call center experience required * One year pharmacy experience preferred, with preference given to PBM experience * Prior authorization experience is a plus * Flexible schedule * Upbeat, team-oriented attitude ***We offer benefits after 30 days***
