Requirements for the job include: A minimum of 2 years call center experience Great customer service skill 40 WPM typing speed minimum Most importantly a positive career oriented attitude for success for yourself and your team Great work ethic Ability to multitask and an ability to handle a fast passed sometimes stressful work environment Must be good at listening to and resolving client concerns Management experience preferred Microsoft Excel Experience, and Successware Software experience is a plus
