This is a sales position. The compensation is 100% commission based. You can work from your home and make sales calls to small businesses to make appointments. The company provides business services to small businesses including bookkeeping, payments, reconciliations, HR services, IT services, Web Services and other administrative services. In this position, you will call on small businesses and arrange appointments. You are paid for each qualified appointment is completed and you receive 50% of the first months revenues from any of your prospects that become clients. The company provides you with a script and instructions as well as a list of small businesses. You can also create your own scripts and lists. High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree is better. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills are required. Excellent phone ettiquette and organizational skills are required. Well performing employees can earn more than $50.00 per hour while the average performer typically earns $20-30.00 per hour. If you don't like tele-sales, do not apply.
