JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sales Consultant you will speak with customers who have already inquired about our services and explain the benefits provided. Our customer leads are inbound, warm leads generated through our strong online marketing presence. As a consultant, you will identify customers' individual needs and set them up with the service plan that best meets those needs. If you are a results-oriented sales professional, this is a perfect fit. We offer a competitive commission structure in addition to a base pay. We are growing quickly and strongly believe in promoting from within! This is a career job. We hire sales people with a track record of success, responsibility, and motivation. Those who excel in this position have an unlimited earning potential. There are no commission limitations. A successful Sales Consultant will close a minimum of 5 sales a day. Requirements: 2+ Years Sales Exp. preferred (telephone sales) Honest Hard-working Positive Coachable Good communicator Ambitious Problem solver **Top performers typically have had experience in alarm sales, in mortgages, in real-estate, or other sales professions. ** The shifts are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, and 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.
