JOB SUMMARY:
THE POSITION: The Computer Cloning / Imaging Engineer works in our Network Operations Center Team to provide our clients with the best support for their technology. The Engineer is a project manager, working directly with customers to implement new images on a variety of work stations and portable computers. The Engineer is also a problem solver, working to remedy issues with clones, licensing, and other image transferring. RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Build and design hard disk images for clients ? Manage entire cloning process ? Provides IT support on issues with new-machine set-ups ? Documents service tickets and final resolutions ? Maintains broad knowledge of new technologies and identifies those that may benefit clients ? Implements and upgrades client systems and networks REQUIREMENTS: ? Thorough experience with image creation and cloning required ? At least three years of systems or network administration ? Advanced troubleshooting of desktop OS and application issues ? Working knowledge of Active Directory administration and other MS technologies ? Strong customer services orientation COMPENSATION: ? $50k-$65k (DOE) ? Incentive and bonus programs ? Medical, dental, and vision benefits ? Holiday and paid time off ?
