Participates in all phases of project development life cycle Responsibilities: * Works with team to perform business functional design * Researches alternatives, participates in walk-throughs and performs problem resolution and tracking * Provides application support and/or troubleshooting around established application systems * Participate in planning and execution of test cycles * Participates in systems, integration and acceptance testing * Works on assignments of moderate complexity where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience * 5+ years with products and/or marketplace * Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal * Strong information gathering, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability * Excellent time management and organization skills * Knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques * Knowledge of payroll/HR industry and competitive systems * Excellent technical tool/technique experience in the preferred platform * Strong team orientation We thank all interested candidates however only those selected for interviews will be contacted.
